The Fall Greenhouse

2018-09-13 23:49 #0 by: Tammie

I would love to have a greenhouse! Especially, in the fall! I totally have greenhouse envy when watching this homesteader and his fall garden. Someday I would love to live somewhere where I could have a greenhouse like this. What would you grow in the fall if you had a greenhouse like this?

I would love to have my own pumpkin patch.

Me too. I would also like to grow winter squash, lettuce, cilantro, peas and green onions. I am not sure if you can grow them in a greenhouse in the winter but I think I would try.

but rather than eating the pumpkins, I would want it for cute instagrams and to create a festive feel in the home haha.

Me too! I just love seeing them around the house in the fall. I usually like to put one on my doorsteps and a small one on a table inside.

I do however enjoy roasted pumpkin seeds.

#0: Can't you have a greenhouse where you live now?

I don’t have room for it where I live right now. The only places where I have room for it it would be blocked from the sun. :(

#7 But it is so hot where you live, it would be better if it wasn't it direct sunlight. Otherwise, I would think it would get too hot for most things to grow.

#9: Sometimes they paint the greenhouse glass white to not let too much light in. Couldn’t that solve a too-much-sun problem?
