Do you use the bokashi composting method?
With traditional composting most of the nutrients are lost. Bokashi is a Japanese method of composting that through fermentation composts your leftover food and other organic material. Only about 3 percent of the nutrients are lost through this method.
Have you tried composting with bokashi?
