Make The Oldest Bread inThe World - 3 Ingredients
I just found Doug & Stacy who are off grid Homesteader's in Sweden and I just love them! I am sure that I will be posting more from them later on but for now this video shows us how to make Flatbread.
Boil three big sweet potato's.
Use 1 cup sprouted wheat flour to one cup sweet potato.
1/2 tsp of salt.
Mix it up. Add more flour if it is too sticky.
Flour your countertop.
Roll your dough into a line and if you want you can cut it into four or five pieces.
Roll them each out flat.
Heat up some oil (a few tablespoons) in a cast iron skillet.
Once the oil is good and hot add one of your rolled out flat dough's to the pan and brown on each side.
Use an old clean t-shirt or paper towels to keep warm as you cook the others.
Enjoy!
Happy creating!

I wonder if it works the same with regular potatoes. I'm not that fond of sweet potatoes.

She mentions two other options, pumpkin or butternut squash. Since she doesn't mention regular potato's I am not sure if it would work.

No, possibly not. They can have different properties.

Hmmm that looks so yummy! I will definitely be trying this once it gets closer to fall time.

Me too! I think I will try it with almond flour and then with buckwheat flour.
