Making your own Mulberry syrup is super easy.

Wash your mulberry's.

Put your mulberry's in a pot. It is ok if they have the stem on them.

Add just enough water to over them berries.

Bring to a boil and boil for only about 20 or 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

Mash the berries.

Cover a sieve with cheese cloth and place it over a bowl.

Slowly pour your mulberry juice through the sieve.

Stir the mulberry's to Help the water to drip through. Press the berries lightly and let it sit for a bit.

Measure out how much juice you have and use the same amount of sugar as you have in juice.

Place in a pot with the sugar and just boil until it becomes a syrup. About 20 to 30 minutes or so.

Let is cool for a few minutes and then place in jars.

Enjoy!!!!
